Theresa’s passion for design was evident early on when she crafted a custom home for her cat. Drafting and selling real estate have a lot in common. Both require dedication, passion, discipline and attention to the smallest details. Theresa possesses those qualities and more. Theresa began her working career in Edmonton, when she walked into one of Terry Yaggey’s show homes – she was 12-years-old. Over the next few years, she would show up after school and on weekends, asking questions and showing a keen interest in sales. Eventually, Terry hired Theresa, first as a hostess and before too long as a sales assistant. Theresa thrived. Along with Terry and his wife, Theresa worked tirelessly for Homexx, Birkholz Homes, Sterling and Pacetter Homes. She found her niche. After high school, that success led to stints selling homes for Alberta’s builders Ironwood, Homes by Avi, and Qualico homes. Theresa set records for top Sales at Qualico.
After moving to Kelowna, she sold multifamily vacation homes in Big White as well as luxury estates for Meadow Ridge Homes in Wilden development. Although new to Sutton Group-West Coast Realty, Theresa is blessed with a natural repertoire of dynamic qualities that set her apart – which enables her to effectively sell homes. A self-professed “people person”, Theresa recognizes the key to success in this highly competitive and ever-changing industry is a combination of experience, depth, strength, honesty, reliability and a team approach.
